The Shimano ME3 SPD Mountain Bike Shoes have been designed especially for demanding days on the trails and tough cross-country routes. The outsole strikes the perfect balance between stiffness and comfort for aggressive riding as well as walkability. The Shimano TORBAL (Torsional Balance) technology allows lateral movement in the heel section while optimising pedalling efficiency at the point where the sole interfaces with the cleat so you will feel the benefit of a more natural motion. The cushioned insole delivers further comfort by absorbing vibration and the easily adjustable low-profile reverse buckle and straps hold your foot securely.
